On January 31, 2017, the Estonian eCommerce conference, hosted by Äripäev, distributed awards for the most user-friendly online shops in Estonia in 8 categories, and an overall winner. A whopping 159 stores were nominated, with 42 passing on to the finals after deliberation by a jury.
A complete list of the winners and further information is available here in Estonian. Our client, Selver, Estonia’s most prestigious grocery store chain, won the most user-friendly grocery and consumer goods award with the following commentary from the jury: “The online store is clear and easy to navigate. Selver’s return policy is easily found, and all relevant information is present. We were satisfied that the Selver branding is so strong, that not even a logo is needed.” Photos by Eiko Kink
We are also happy to announce that Selver won the overall Most User-Friendly Online Store Award in Estonia for the second consecutive year in a row. Read about last year’s win here. Vaimo’s client Kaubamaja won the most user-friendly department store award, and the jury found that“deliveries from the online store were very fast, and returning the products was easy and logical. The jury also found that the web store’s design is unique and strong, and the security measures are upscale.”
Vaimo’s client Klick.ee won the most user-friendly electronics and audio online store award, with the jury finding that while “the online store has many products, the styling remains consistent throughout the site and sales remains at the forefront.”
